CT is neither designed nor supported to run under a Windows operating system.   Many people have reported problems in communicating with a radio or TNC that were solved by running CT in a DOS environment, not under Windows.  These links are provided on an as-is basis, we will not answer questions or support people who try to run CT under Windows.
